Provider and eligibility
Stayfig is the name of this service. Contact support@stayfig.com or write to Vasagatan 15B, 411 24 Gothenburg, Sweden. Paid subscriptions are currently offered to businesses in EU countries outside Sweden with a valid EU VAT number, for business use only.
What Stayfig provides
Stayfig provides website and request-management software so hosts can present their accommodation and receive direct booking enquiries. Stayfig does not make or confirm accommodation bookings, handle guest payments or deposits, provide the accommodation, act as a travel agent, or become a party to any agreement between a host and a guest. A request sent through a page is only an enquiry until the host and guest agree directly.
Host content and responsibilities
The host controls and is responsible for the accuracy, legality and currency of its page, photos, prices, availability, house rules, licence or registration details and cancellation policy. The host must have the rights and permissions needed to publish that content and offer the accommodation. The host must respond to requests and keep calendars and information up to date. Stayfig may remove content or suspend a page when reasonably necessary to address legal, safety or service concerns.
Bookings, cancellations and guest payments
The host and guest deal with each other directly about availability, booking confirmation, accommodation payments and deposits, the stay, changes, cancellations, refunds, disputes and taxes. The host is responsible for the information and cancellation terms shown on its page. Stayfig does not collect or refund accommodation payments and is not responsible for a host or guest canceling a stay or for the accuracy of host-provided information. Guest complaints about a stay should be addressed to the host; reports about unlawful content or misuse can be sent to support@stayfig.com.
Subscription, renewal and refund
Creating and previewing a page is free. Existing listings that were created before paid billing was activated remain free forever. Publishing a new listing requires a €119 annual subscription per listing. The plan renews each year until canceled. If you cancel within 14 days after any subscription payment, Stayfig will provide a full refund of that payment to the original payment method and take the page offline. After 14 days, cancellation stops the next renewal and the page remains available until the paid year ends. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. Service availability
We take reasonable care to provide the website and request tools, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free calendar data or delivery of every notification. Hosts should verify availability and contact details directly before confirming a stay. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future use and will show the current version before a host next publishes. Material changes to an active paid plan will be communicated in advance. Swedish law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rules that apply in your jurisdiction. Contact support@stayfig.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute.
